Our Teenagers program is designed to help students aged 14+ refine their karate skills while fostering personal growth, resilience, and confidence. This program challenges teenagers to push their physical and mental limits, helping them develop advanced techniques and a deeper understanding of self-defence. At this stage, students are encouraged to take ownership of their training, set meaningful goals, and work toward achieving their black belt and beyond.
In addition to advancing their karate abilities, this program focuses on developing critical life skills such as focus, discipline, and teamwork. By engaging with peers in a supportive and motivating environment, students build social awareness and strengthen their ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. Each class is structured to not only challenge their technical skills but also enhance their physical fitness, mental toughness, and overall character.
Key Program Benefits:
Commitment to Excellence
This program requires two sessions per week, ensuring consistent practice and progress. Regular training allows students to refine their techniques, maintain fitness, and stay motivated on their path to earning their black belt.
Trial and Personalised Assessment
Every new student begins with a free trial session, where instructors assess their skill level and recommend the best class placement. This ensures that each teenager starts at a level that suits their abilities and supports their growth.
The Teenagers program is about more than just learning karate; it's about building character, resilience, and leadership skills. By combining technical mastery with personal development, this program prepares teens not only for success in martial arts but also for the challenges and opportunities they'll encounter in life.
